A system that gets better, not worse
Product data changes, and no system is perfect from the start. The difference is in what happens afterwards. PimLayer IQ+ is built to become more accurate with every interaction. That happens on two levels, with a clear division of roles.
Level one: signals from users
Everyone who works with IQ+ can rate an answer. Give it a rating, or flag a clearly wrong answer. Those signals are not simply processed into the knowledge. They serve to see where quality is good or less good, and to forward a flagged answer to whoever can really judge it.
In other words: ordinary users give the signal, but write nothing directly into the knowledge base. That prevents a well-meaning but wrong correction from polluting the system.
Level two: validation by your experts
The real corrections are made by your own subject specialists. They get a working environment where they see a question, the answer and the sources used side by side. There they can approve, correct, elevate a correction into a fixed rule, update a source record or flag a knowledge gap.
An approved correction takes priority in subsequent answers. It is not simply overwritten by raw data. That way one validation by an expert lifts the quality of every future answer.
The loop that closes every day
Users give the signal, your experts validate, and verified corrections improve every following answer. The system therefore demonstrably learns from every interaction, and you keep control over what counts as true.
